Delegate of the AIDI (Italian Association of Illumination).
Degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Padova on 1983 with full marks and honour.
Master Course in Plasma Engineering and Thermonuclear Fusion at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Padova, during the academic year 1983/84.
In 1985 he was employed at C.N.R. (National Research Council) at the Institute of Ionized Gases for the RFX Project financed by the Euratom-ENEA-CNR Association for studies on the thermonuclear controlled fusion.
Since 1994, he is member of the "Voltage Sag Working Group- IEEE Industrial Applications Society" for the editing of the Chapter 9 of the IEEE Std. 493.
In the year 2000, he receives the special price “FOCUS 2000” from the Scientific Culture Centre “Alessandro Volta” in occasion of the Bicentenary of the invention of the battery by A. Volta.
Author of 4 books and more of 60 scientific publications, regarding safety, electric plant maintenance and energy saving aspects.
